Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'd be happy to get you pointed in the right direction for a damaged card. If it's a PayPal Business Debit Card, you can find that information here: How do I get a replacement business debit card? It should be similar instructions for your Cash Card as well.
For other replacement cards, I would recommend either going to the site where you pay your credit card bill and looking for an option to request a new card. Or you can call the Customer Support number on the back of your card for further assistance.
