Sometimes, PayPal in 4 may be available for a while and then not available and then suddenly returns. It may have to do with your account activity not passing PayPal’s internal checks. Maybe you had too many returns with PayPal in 4 transactions, late or bounced payments or something. For the time being, pay for your purchases in whole.
No returns, no missed or late payments, nothing at all. And because PayPal won’t be transparent as to why (due to there super secret internal processes lol) I simply won’t use the platform again as a consumer or merchant. Good business is built on trust and if I don’t trust a business partner, I don’t do business with them.
