I have received notices on my dashboard inviting me to set up my PayPal key as below:
I click Finish Up and then get this message:
I called Customer Service and they said that only those invited via email and that the messages on the website are a mistake.
Is this true? How have others been able to get a PayPal Key (virtual card)?
