Pay pal refunded payment as item was not received, then item turned up, should I pay seller or should it go through pay pal

Personally when it happened to me I just contacted the seller and paid again if you received the item and were happy with it.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
