I understand your concern about the PayPal card and receiving money. Yes, you can certainly receive the money to your Personal PayPal account. You can create a business account with a different email address as every account should have one unique email address. You will be asked to submit some of your business information. Currently, PayPal cards are not available in your country (Czech Republic). We are constantly looking for ways to expand our product globally.
