Paypal Here Still Available?

I have used Paypal Here in the past, on a different Paypal account. I want to set it up on my current business account, as I already have the card readers, etc. Everytime I click a link to Paypal Here, it takes me to Zettle, which would require new card readers. 

Can I still use Paypal Here?

If so, where/how do I add products?
