PayPal "Pay in 4" took anyone else's money?

Anyone else had the full amount of a transaction taken by PayPal after choosing "Pay in 4"?

What? How? Qatar don’t have Pay in 4. US, UK, ES, IT, AU, FR, DE only.

Oh okay, thanks. StockX should work with PayPal to remove the misleading advertising for Pay in 4 throughout the app and the checkout option for Pay in 4 for anyone outside of these regions. I selected to pay later with PayPal but the entire value of the item I bought was debited from my card.
