Hello, I want to apply for the Paypal debit card but my account keeps saying I need to verify my information...my information is verified and the account says it's verified but every time I go to apply, it says it needs to be verified again. So when I check the notification for the documents, it says it's verified. I am very confused and I just want to apply for the debit card...Thank you.
