When completing an order with the Pay in 4 feature, PayPal fronts the entire order amount to the seller after your first payment is made. Therefore, all 4 payments do not have to be made to PayPal to receive your order from the merchant. If it's taking longer than expected to receive your order, please contact the merchant directly for order/tracking updates. You do have 180 days to report the payment if your order does not arrive.
