I Returned a item in person that was currently on a pay in 4 plan, but the store refunded me through my visa and not PayPal and the plan has not canceled, any help appreciated.
Then pay off your remaining balance of the plan as you were refunded in full. It’ll even itself out.
Since you probably already paid off part of the purchase back to PayPal, you should only get to keep up to that amount from the refund and pay the rest back to PayPal. Makes sense? You’re only entitled to keep the full refund if you already paid off the pay in 4 plan in full.
