Transaction enquiry...I have made a purchase with pets at home and decided to use the pay in three months option, all fine until I get a noticification from my bank to say that the full amount has been taken out and when I Iogged on to PayPal the pay in three payment is pending and the full payment has gone through as an automatic payment.

Hi @sorinauk,
Thank you for your post.
I do understand your concern with this. When you make a transaction using Pay in 3/4, we can temporarily charge your bank/card with the full amount. This is called an authorization charge.
After 72 hours, this would be released back to your bank/card and your first payment in your plan will be charged. You will be able to see this in your online banking.
I hope this helps!

Okay thank you, I hadnt seen it before for some reason, thats why I was concerned. I think I've messed my order with Pets at Home as it's been returned. Thank you for clearing that up. I'll have to keep an eye if the three payment goes out still.
