Login issue to Zettle. User name entry just resets login field and does not go to password field

I cannot login to Zettle. I have IOS 16.0.2 on an iphone 11. I have never been able to get past the login screen. After input to the User Name field, and selecting "next", the screen refreshes with a blank field for User Name, so back to square one. I have tried a hard reset, still it does not work. I tried it on an iphone 6s and still have an issue: There is an error message that says something like "some of your info is not secure or safe".
