Can I lock my PayPal debit card if it still has pending transactions? I want those pending transactions to clear. I paid my electric bill and promptly lost my card.
If the card can be frozen (try it), the freeze won’t affect transactions that are already authorized/in progress/pending, just the future transactions. If you don’t want the pending transactions to go through for whatever reason, other than eChecks (where you call your bank to cancel), they can’t be disputed until they are in completed status in PayPal.
