Limit quantity of items for sale when using Sell on Social

I want to list a limited edition item through Paypal's Sell on Social for my FB group. Is there any way to limit the number of items available to the public so that I don't get too many orders for the limited stock?

I do understand your concern with this. If you are selling an item via Facebook, and not through a website, you won't have the option to limit the number of orders you receive I'm afraid. 

When posting the item, I would suggest you include the availability of the item. I would also advise you to request your buyers to message you before sending you a payment. This will allow you to control the payments you receive. This will also prevent you from over selling your available items.
