Been using Pay In 4 for quite a while, however, recently moved to one of the four states where Pay In 4 is not accepted, curious what the reasoning is for this?

I am sorry to hear Pay in 4 is currently not available in your region. Pay in 4 is not currently available to residents of Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Wisconsin, or any U.S. Territories.
