Invoices now allow only 550 characters in "Seller note to customer" - they used to have over 1100 characters so now all my templates are invalid.
How do I get this corrected?

Can’t. You’ll have reword your templates. PayPal is trying to find ways to prevent Invoicing being misused by scammers to send unsolicited invoices to unsuspecting users which has been a problem as of late.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Wow, what a shortsighted decision by paypal. I bill my client for work completed and have to give the client an itemized list of the tasks I performed. Now that is no longer possible.

When you create the invoice, if you look at the bottom of the page you will see "More options" and when you click that you will see that you may attach an image or a PDF. I suggest you put you list in a PDF.
