Before Zettle there was a Checkbox for the customer to pat the patPal fee. How or where is the option for a customer to pay the Zettle fee?

As far as I am aware its against paypal rules to surcharge your buyer?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
