Yes, if you made/paid for a postage label, you will need to apply for a postage refund or void the label from PayPal ShipStation account. Visit the ShipStation Help Center by clicking the question mark at the top-right corner, once logged into your PayPal ShipStation connected account, for additional information. Or select the Shipping App to access the ShipStation/PayPal specific platform, and click Chat for support
