I have paypal credit with available credit but every time I use it for payment theres a problem.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues using PayPal Credit. 

I would ask that you ensure you have PayPal Credit set up and ready on your PayPal Credit Dashboard. 

Secondly, you must be using PayPal Credit with eligible merchants see: Stores that Accept PayPal Credit | PayPal Credit | PayPal US
