Our company in HKG has registered an account in paypal and finished the testing in the sandbox of braintree.
After that, we found that we need to open an account in braintree to put our payment gateway into production.
However, contacted the sales from braintree website for a week, we are unable to get any response.
Also, when I am trying to login BrainTree using my paypal account, it shows the below error message.
"The PayPal account you entered is not linked to a Braintree user."
May I know how to enable braintree account for production?
Any other way to contact Braintree ?
