Two weeks ago I attempted to purchase some stuff on Scan Computers. I used Paypal Pay-in-3 as the payment method with direct debit/bank account as my chosen method to pay the installments. The credit was approved by paypal but the purchase failed at checkout. This happened twice. No money was taken from bank account, but both agreements are still showing as pending under credit agreements on pay pal. As they will not be going through how do I get them removed.

Hi @TimWIllan,
Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear a Pay-in-3 transaction hasn't gone quite as planned. Have any pending authorisations or agreements fallen off yet? I know if the PayPa Pay-in 3 transaction isn't completed, the pending authorisation will be automatically voided by PayPal within 24 hours of the pre-authorisation hold. However, I wasn't able to to confirm if that applies to the actual agreement or just the authorisation. I might recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams for further assistance on this one.
My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause,
- Jon K

Yes I contacted support. It turns out that the authorisation is dropped after 24 hours, but the pending on the paypal screen remains for 45 days after which it should expire.
