Fake PayPal credit card statement

I received a fake PayPal credit card statement in the United States postal Service mail has anybody else had this problem?

no i just link to my bank account but the peoblem come sh###

I received one also by Certified Mail. It looked so real that the Post Office would not deliver it without a signature. I would think that this is Postal fraud for sure and the government would be very interested in this.
