In our running club ( non profit account ) we use a standard paypal payment button on our website to receive payment from our members for events and club kit. But on the Activity page in our paypal account it only gives us the name of the person who made the payment and to find out what they paid for, we have to click on the name to see the full details of which event/kit item they purchased. When there are 100+ such emails it gives our treasurer a lot of work to click on each incoming item establish what the incoming money is for.
How can we add the product type to the button setup, so that we can see at a glance in the activity list what event/product the payment is for without having to look specifically into each individual payment to find out the product type ?
Is it possible to have the product/event name in the activity feed instead of the persons name ? Or have both pieces of information in the activity list ?
Can we adjust the button setting to achieve this ? or alternatively send the payment notification to a separate email address within our own domain for each different event or product...
Thanks
