Anyone else having trouble accessing Zettle?

Is anyone else still dealing with being unable to log into Zettle?  I started working on the switch from PayPal Here to Zettle over 7 weeks ago and went round and round with PayPal reps and Zettle reps to try and resolve the issue so I could continue to process payments from my massage clients.  Here we are in May and despite having been referred to "the tech support", I'm still unable to log in and process payments. 

I've been with PP since 2005 and this is truly frustrating for me.  I run a business and don't have TIME to sit around on the phone with someone who keeps telling me to just uninstall the app and reinstall it.  It's NOT the app!  I haven't been able to get this resolved in almost 2 months and have been unable to process payments.
