After using PayPal pay in 3, if I send some of the order back, will it all be refunded to the pay in 3 plans I have, or will a 0% of the refund be refunded back to me?

I understand your concern about the Pay in 3 refund. If you return an item according to your legal statutory rights and/or the refund policy of the merchant, you will get a partial or full refund. Partial refunds will lower the amount that you owe in the payments you have left. Any refunds issued will be credited to your PayPal balance. Here's the link to some of the FAQs to know.
