Pay in 3

Hi, I’ve never used pay in 3 before with PayPal, so I have done an order this morning from an online retailer as a Christmas present. When I have refreshed the page my basket is still the same before I placed the order. Before I clicked it, it did say instant decision but the status on my PayPal is now ‘waiting authorisation’. Has anyone had this before and know how long it will take to authorise and if the retailer has been paid for my order, as I’ve had no order confirmation HELP PLEASE! 😞

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
