I had automatic transaction in settings - to usenet.nl, but I didn't set it up.. Today it write to me, that automatic payment was transfered to usenet.nl, but i don't have any money on account.. Please, is somehow possible to cancel the payment, or should I cancel all account and register again? (I don't want to pay this scam)
Oh no! The best option in this case would be to notify the seller of the issue and request that they give you a refund. Otherwise, if the amount was charged to one of your financials on file, you can reach out to your bank or card company to notify them of the issue and see what options they may have. Hopefully the transaction is resolved soon!
