How can i get my moneys back?

In email appear the transaction but in paypal not.

The buyer showed to me that i was paye, but he said that the moneys goes back to him.

please help me!!

show me what should i do?

As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise.
