i paid for an item on ebay. Ebay cancelled it as they stated there was a problem with the seller. Money is stuck pending. Cannot raise a dispute with ebay as they state i need to take the problem up with paypal. Cannot raise the issue with paypal as they state i need to take it up with ebay.
so i cant do anything. Please do not response with comments like start a returns , or cancel item , or item not correct as described. There is no option to do anything in either ebay or paypal as it just states closed....So i rang crappal ..i mean paypal. The person in Indonesia stated "i dont know what to do"...lol
