Why is the money I sent to my friend still "pending" but already out of my bank account??

I initiated "sending money to friends & family" & sent $200 directly from my bank account a 7 days ago & it was DEBITED from my bank account also, yet it is STILL in pending status?? So not only did my friend NOT recieve the money, I have been out the money for a week also?? Is there any way to get it refunded back from paypal? I would like to know WHERE my $200 bucks is?!? b/c it certainly left my bank account a week ago!!

Is it pending in just your paypal account or both of your paypal accounts?

Is there a clearance date at all?

Does it say unclaimed?

Is there a cancel option?

Can you say please?
