On October 5th my brother accidentally purchased something off my account on Uber Eats but canceled it. They still charged me for it but I make a claim and told them I deserved a refund. on October 5th I made a paypal case to get my refund but the case got canceled because and I quote the email I received "
We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your case(s). This decision was made because a credit for this transaction has already posted to your account."
Uber had already sent me my refund the morning off October 6th at 1:23 AM. It then told me on paypal that my refund was on a temporary hold and that it took usually 3-5 business days. It's been 8 days and I still don't have my refund. So what can I do now?
