Why is a new "Monthly Payment" is not showing up in my "PreApproved Payments" list.

The payment was made 5 days ago on Jan. 22, 2020
and it is still not showing up in my "PreApproved Payments" list.

Did you look here:

Go to Account Settings (gear icon) > Money, banks and cards > Automatic payments > Set Automatic Payments

Yes. I did look very carefully in my "PreApproved Payments List."

Update:

I just wrote the "Seller" and he immediately replied back and said that
"his service is monthly, but it is not charged automatically every month."

It's weird because on my PayPal Transactions details page it says "monthly."
Maybe it's the way the Seller set up his merchant details or payment page details with PayPal...
and maybe, that's why it says "monthly" on that page.

The merchant should fix that because it is very confusing to his customers.
He should just say:

$10.00 One Time Charge Only for 30 days access to his membership site.
You will not be charged monthly.
