One of my friends sent me a gift for Lunar New Year but I can't even accept it because first PayPal asked me for Social Security. I barely even use PayPal and haven't made any transactions and now I'm getting asked to provide so many documents. I sent my social security photo but they want even more. What should I do to bypass this. I asked many of my friends and for some reason they have never had an issue with this and are able to use PayPal just fine without any info needing to be sent.
