Hello I used paypal credit card to pay for Sephora yet Sephora says authorization unsuccessful but on paypal is pending what should i do? Will i get refunded?
Thank you for stopping by the Community! Generally if an order or authorization is in the pending status, this would indicate the order was received but the payment has not yet been processed. If the transaction was not successful, then the merchant may be able to void or cancel the pending authorization. I hope this can be sorted out!
A merchant can cancel this at anytime on their end. If it isn't cancelled, the merchant has 30 days to claim the money. If it isn't claimed within this time, the authorization is voided.
