I'm asking this for my partner, who I share a PP account with~~not this one, but another personal account here in United States.
We bought some bulbs from Michigan Bulb Company this past weekend using Paypal as the checkout. BUT, it came out of his bank account instead of using the PP balance.
It shows the deduction on his PP stream, but shows the money coming out of his bank account.
We sell on E-Bay and all the money earned is going into his PP account, so apparently it's just the time we buy something.
His credit card connected to the account is up to date, and neither his bank account nor credit card are marked as his preferred method of payment (if this helps).
