Hello!
Recently I received dollars directly to my PayPal USD account.
I live in Bulgaria, so I went to Raifassen bank and open also USD account in the bank.
After that, I "attached" this account to my Paypal and transferred 10 USD.
In "Review" Fee was 0,00 EUR, but for some reason my USD were converted from USD to EUR and after again from EUR to USD
As a result, I received not 10, but 9.49 USD to my bank account.
Is it possible to avoid it? Is it a problem on bank or Paypal side?
