Hi, Im trying to pay via The Iconic website and use my paypal balance, but it wont give me the option, only gives me the option for my debit card. 

Anyone know how to use my balance to pay in the iconic?

Set your balance as the preferred method on the wallet page. Or through Account settings > Payments > Online Purchases > PayPal Balance

Another option is to try purchasing again in a few days so security can reset, if you kept repeating the transaction x amount of times unsuccessfully.
