I made a purchase 2 weeks ago using my paypal. My paypal is linked to my debit card. I only load that card whenever I need to make a payment. The amount deducted to my debit card already when I checked-out my purchase and the status now is 'PENDING' since it will only be processed once the seller completes my order. The seller only processed it today and was getting an payment failure because now my debit card has no money left. So what happened to the amount paypal deducted to my debit card???
