I have a problem with a refund that has come about because of eBay managed payments , because when I first saw that my payment had gone to a strange eBay address
I queried this as a scam with pay Pal ,they rejected it and I can get no further action ,because the seller would not send the goods before he received payment he need to put a post code in to release the funds the sale was canceled , eBay claim the responsibility is Pay Pals as I had made this first claim thinking I was scammed , , having told Pay Pal a number of times that I can not open my inbox for messages , they keep sending me more messages , it’s very frustrating and so Far I’m£675 down, and can’t get this solved , it’s more and more frustrating and stressful ,
