Hello,i am newbie here,i just created an account because i purchased online which the seller comes from another country now i made a payment tru visa card,i dont have any paypal account that time,now i cancelled my order and ask for a refund,they have sent a refund for my order using paypal,that's why i have created my account for the refund,but then since my account is new,i didn't know how could i possibly get the refund.is it possible for me to get the refund,though they send refund payment at the time that i am unregistered in paypal?can someone help me with my problem.thanks
