I received a refund but it’s been sent back to my old card. My new card is still with the same bank. Does this affect if I successfully receive my refund? What shall I do?

There is no need to do either of those.
If both old and new cards were linked to the same 'account' then the refund will complete ok.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
