Refund to non active card

Hi so im wondering what to do as i have a refund that was put into a card that isnt active anymore, the acct is but card isnt. i cant get anyone at paypal to answer my questions and im now trying to figure out how to reissue the refund to the correct card thats active on my acct. anyone know how to do so?

Have the same problem! Got refund to non active card . Maybe somebody knows how to resolve this matter as i haven't got reply from paypal

As long as both old and new cards belong to the same card ACCOUNT then it should go through ok.

The balance isn’t showing in my current balance
