I had a refund issued to an Amex card that I canceled after I had made the initial purchase. Amex issued me a new card but the refund does not appear on my statement associated with the replacement card. My Pay Pal account shows that my cancelled credit card was credited. Do I need to take this up with my credit card company or can I have the refund moved to other accounts I have linked to my Pay Pal account, including my new replacement card?
