I returned an item and was refunded by PayPal. I am having difficultly completing the process in order to obtain a refund of my shipping costs. I have enabled that feature in my account, but I can't seem to. Ah, I just activated "Return Shipping on Us" so maybe that is the reason it is not showing up.
