I am attempting to request a refund of postage for my latest TVSN refund. I have clicked on the activity, but there is no button to request a refund of postage. I shouldn't need to activate this function as I have accessed this function in previous years. If I click the Activate button, I cannot claim my refund until future purchases. There is no option to contact PayPal to ask this question!
