Refund not showing in bank

Hi All, I have received 2 refunds yesterday and on my PayPal account they say refunded (onto correct card). However i have checked my bamk account balance and they still haven't appeared? Normally refunds appear back in my account on the same day that the refund went through PayPal. When should I start to worry?

How your money is refunded depends on how you made the original payment.   (Payments can be almost instant, however, refunds never are.)   Refund times vary - can be a week or up to 30 days - each transaction is different, for example the time can be dependent on the what funding source the sender chooses.

* If you paid with a credit card, the money is refunded to your card.
* If the card you paid with is closed or invalid, the money will still be refunded to your credit card account.
* If you paid with your bank or PayPal account balance, the money is refunded to your PayPal account.  After you have received the refund, you can withdraw money from your PayPal balance to your bank account.
* If you paid using a credit card and your PayPal account balance, the amount paid by credit card is refunded to your card. The remaining amount is refunded to your PayPal account.
* If you paid using PayPal Credit, the amount is refunded to your PayPal Credit account.
* If you paid with a debit card, the amount is refunded to your debit card.   If the refund cannot be applied to your debit card, it will be applied to your PayPal balance.

Refunds to credit or debit cards can take up to 30 days depending on the card company involved.

I understand the frustration. I realize this is an old post - I'd be interested to know how it eventually was solved and timing....I did a purchase that made use of paypal balance and my business checking account - and where they say 3-5 business days for money back to bank account I am now at about business day 10....wondering what party is the problem - whether I should be calling Pay Pal or call my bank....
