I received an email to say my refund was complete and the money should now be in my Paypal balance.
On checking my account this was not the case. There is no activity listed of any pending refund either...
There was no linked bank account or debit card details on this account so money can't have been transferred- not sure where else to look for the refund. Is there a phone number I can call to discuss with someone at Paypal- there is no number listed on the help and contact us page....
