Refund charges Lime

Hi,

 

Last week I tried to use the Lime electric bike service using Paypal. I tried to add funds to my Lime wallet (which you can use to pay for rides). Something went wrong on Lime's side and the money was not added to my Lime wallet, though it was charged from my Paypal account. I contacted Lime, they said they were unable to find any details and to contact my bank to revert the charges.

 

My paypal account is linked to my bank account (ING). On Paypal I can't find a refund button, just an option to open a dispute (which I did, no reaction yet). On the site of my bank account I do have the option to refund. Should I use the option to refund on the site of my bank, or will I get in trouble with Paypal if I do so?
