I recently set up a business account (in Namibia), and linked the business bank card (although it says it is not yet verified). Someone now wants to pay from his US account to our business account, he is able to find the account, but he receives the notification that he can only pay through the website. I have however never linked a website to this business account. How can I get my PayPal account started and receive funds?
