Preaproved payment

I am linking my paypal to my gcash account after process of linking I received email from paypal. Email message below; "You've signed up for preapproved payments plan to G-Xchange, inc. with PayPal. To view the details, log in on the PayPal homepage, go to your Profile, and click Preapproved Payments. Then find the Details page for G-Xchange, inc.:PA-" If you go to preapproved payments I dont find any details .

Welcome to the Community! I'm sorry to hear you're having issues finding the preapproved payment for GCash. I would recommend trying to reestablish the connection between your PayPal account and GCash account as it may not have finished the successful linking.

same i try to link it to my gcash account and when i go to preaproved payments t says no data available
